Statement pursuant to the Legislative Decree of 30.06.2003 “Privacy Code”

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, we hereby inform you that our company Natura Nuova S.r.l. processes the personal data of customers, suppliers and persons who voluntarily provide (by telephone, fax or email) their personal data to our office or to our company management.
Under the provisions of the law, our company ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out with respect for fundamental rights and freedoms and for the dignity of the party concerned, with particular reference to privacy, personal identity, and the right to the protection of personal data.


  • To fulfil the legal obligations of regulations, community laws, and civil and tax regulations
  • To comply with any contractual obligations towards the party concerned
  • To carry out activities connected with the economic activities of our company, such as the compilation of internal statistics, for invoicing and for customer-supplier bookkeeping
  • Commercial purposes such as sending commercial information and advertising materials (by post, fax and email), for marketing and market research
  • Credit protection and debt management
  • Insurance purposes, especially credit insurance

In relation to the above purposes, your personal data will be transmitted as necessary:

  • To the authorities and bodies of public administration, where required by law
  • To credit institutes with whom our company maintains a relationship for managing credit/debts and financial intermediation
  • To any natural and/or legal persons, public and/or private (legal offices, administrative and tax authorities, judicial offices, chambers of commerce etc.), when such communication is necessary or useful to carrying out our activities in the above-listed ways and for the above-listed purposes

The personal data processed by our company are not subject to disclosure.

Data may be processed with or without the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means, encompassing all operations covered under art. 4, paragraph 1, letter a of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and necessary for the processing in question. Data will in any case be processed in observance of all precautionary measures to ensure security and confidentiality.

The Privacy Code grants the parties concerned certain rights under art. 7. In particular, parties concerned may obtain confirmation from the data controller of whether or not data concerning them exists, and may obtain intelligible transmission of such data. Concerned parties may also ask to be informed of the origin of the data, the purposes and methods by which they are processed and the procedure used if the data are processed with the aid of electronic instruments, and the identifying information of the data controller and appointed managers, and of the persons and categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may come into contact with the data.

The party concerned has the right to update, correct, add to, cancel, convert into an anonymous form or block data processed in violation of law. Interested parties have the right, for legitimate reasons, to object, wholly or in part, to the processing of personal data that concerns them, even if pertinent for collection purposes, and may object without giving reason to the processing of such data in connection with the purpose of sending advertising or sales materials or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. These rights may be exercised, including via proxy, by submitting a request to the appointed data manager, by registered letter or email at:
