Information policy concerning the processing of personal data

Implementing the New EU Regulation no. 679/2016, we wish to inform you that:

  1. The Data Controller is Natura Nuova Srl, based in via Chiusa 11 – 48012 Bagnacavallo (RA) e-mail (PEC):
  2. the aforementioned Regulation entails a number of obligations for those processing (i.e. gathering, recording, elaborating, storing, communicating) the personal data referring to other subjects (data subjects)
  3. your personal data, that we have in our possession or will request from you or will be communicated by you or by third parties, will be processed in response to:
    • legal obligations (billing, mandatory accounting records);
    • contractual obligations (procurements/sales, professional agency) and relative changes and additions;
    • express and unmistakable consent: sending of newsletters
  4. data will be processed using manual and/or automated means for storing, managing and transmitting said data, using logic closely related to the purposes of data processing, based on the data in our possession; you undertake to promptly inform us of any corrections, additions and/or updates to data;
  5. your data may be disclosed:
    • to group companies, and to the following public and private bodies, possibly following inspections or checks (specify subjects: the Finance Authorities, Tax Police, Judicial Authorities, Labour Inspectorate, Local Health Authorities, Social Security Institutes, Enasarco, Chamber of Commerce, Accounting firms, Labour Consultant firms);
    • to subjects that may be entitled to access your data by virtue of law provisions or secondary legislation or Community law;

  1. your personal data will be kept for a period of 10 yearsthe granting of consent for the use of your personal data may be mandatory or voluntary, depending on the purpose of the processing.
    Should you refuse to provide your personal data or not agree to their processing or communication, it may be:

    • impossible to establish or continue the relationship, or to perform some operations, if the data in question are needed to execute the contract or the operation;
    • impossible to perform some operations requiring the communication of said data to subjects directly involved in the execution of said operations;
    • impossible to communicate said data to subjects performing further activities, not directly involved in the execution of the relationship;
  2. you are entitled to exercise some rights in relation to your personal data, in particular:
    • to know about the existence or absence of personal data concerning you and their communication in intelligible form;
    • to be informed about the data controller, the purposes and methods of processing and the processor, if applicable, and on the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed;
    • to obtain the updating, correcting or completion of the data;
    • to obtain the erasure, anonymization or blocking of the data;
    • to object on legitimate grounds to the processing of the data, without prejudice to existing legal limitations;
    • to object to the sending of advertising materials or materials for market researches or commercial information;
    • to file a complaint with a supervisory authority
