The mild taste that characterizes our Natural Tofu pairs well with many different dishes. The Natural Tofu is the ideal ingredient of many recipes: seasoned or flavored with spices and herbs; chopped or diced as a meat replacement in sauces and stews; blended with other ingredients as a base for sauces, mousses, savory creams and desserts; or just plain tofu as an ingredient for fresh salads.
It is a valid green alternative to cheese and any other animal product, a healthy way to give life to many tasty dishes.

Kangen® means “back to the roots” in Japanese. Kangen® water is an ionized alkaline water: an ionization process makes the water antioxidant and alkaline (pH 8.5 – 9.5). Kangen® water is excellent for drinking and cooking and has the effect of helping to restore the alkalinity of the human body. Our Tofu is prepared with Kangen® water, taste the difference.
