Our Grilled Tofu by Compagnia Italiana Alibio is prepared using only organic soy, pre-grilled and then seasoned with soy sauce.
It can be used as a meat replacement, to limit the use of animal proteins, or as a valid alternative to cheese in many tasty vegetable dishes. It can also be consumed plain after heating it in a pan or oven for a few minutes.
Natura Nuova recommends cutting the grilled tofu into two slices, to better flavor it then pairing it with salad, cooked or raw vegetables to taste.
Produced with Kangen water, as tradition has it
Kangen® means “back to the roots” in Japanese. Kangen® water is an ionized alkaline water: an ionization process makes the water antioxidant and alkaline (pH 8.5 – 9.5). Kangen® water is excellent for drinking and cooking and has the effect of helping to restore the alkalinity of the human body. Our Tofu is prepared with Kangen® water, taste the difference.
