The scent of basil is combined with tofu and pine nuts to create a creamy and delicate sauce: here is our plant-based version of a typical product of the traditional Italian cuisine, we got rid of the cheese and gave it a much more delicate taste using less garlic.
This delicate sauce is meant to season pasta dishes such as potato dumplings and trofie, but it also tastes great as a spread on bread or as a seasoning for main courses and appetizers.
