The collaboration projects between Compagnia Italiana ALIBIO and different Italian chef academies has led to the creation of Medaglioni alla Parmigiana (Parmigiana Patties) which llok and taste like the traditional, Italian “parmigiana”, but are vegetarian and easily digestible. Thanks to a careful research of ingredients with a low content of FODMAP, our Parmigiana Patties are prepared with aged hard cheese with microbial rennet and without lactose.
The ready meals of the Alifree FODMAP line are all based on Alibio tofu and enriched with a pinch of turmeric.
Also known as “Saffron of the Indies”, turmeric has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Curcumin purifies the liver and promotes its filtering activity. It also acts as an anti-aging agent, as it is able to counteract the action of free radicals, responsible for cellular decay.
