Our Spelt and Tofu Nuggets are the green solution for anyone who follows a healthy, light and low-calorie diet. This is mainly due to the presence of millet and tofu, two foods rich in vegetable proteins and fiber.
All the ingredients used for the preparation of the spelt and tofu nuggets come only from certified organic farmers.
This dish is easy to prepare and is best served alone or with sauces or vegetables, we recommend preparing the nuggets by heating them in a pan or oven at 200°C for 5 minutes.
