We revisited a traditional Italian dish in order to make it healthier. We managed to do it using soybeans as the main ingredient.
Soy is in fact a food rich in vegetable proteins.
Our tofu cutlets are best served with a side dish of cooked or raw vegetables, and only need a few minutes of cooking.
