Our organic, Plant-Based Bresaola is made using a revolutionary production process that allows us to make a plant-based Bresaola that looks, tastes and feels just like the traditional Italian one.
Alibio Gourmet Bresaola is made using a wheat-based dough with the addition of legume flours and spices from organic farming. The dough is then steam cooked and spiced on the external surface in order to be aged in a dedicated room at a controlled temperature.
Our Plant-Based Bresaola also takes its aromatic notes thanks to the addition of juniper berries and nutmeg.
